Shipping policy

  • Orders will be processed in 7-10 business days from the date of purchase.
  • Most orders will be shipped via UPS or USPS with a 2-5 day transit time. 
    • Extended processing times during higher volume periods will supersede these shipping estimates.
    • Estimated delivery dates given at checkout are based on low volume periods. For an accurate shipping and arrival estimate calculated based on your order specifications, please contact our team.
    • Preferred shipping method chosen at checkout is not a guarantee. We'll choose a shipping service with the shortest transit time upon label creation.
  • Expedited shipping services are available upon request for a nominal fee. Please reach out to hello@closetrod.com for a quote.
  • Please note: All orders over $200 may require an adult signature upon delivery. If your order is over $200, please make sure someone is available to accept the package on your scheduled delivery date. Your scheduled delivery date will be updated once your carrier has your package in route. Please reference your tracking number for this information.
    • Orders returned due to unavailable recipient will be refunded less a 20% restocking fee and shipping charges.
    • Orders returned due to recipient rejecting the package will be non-refundable. 
      • We will reship returned packages upon request, additional shipping charges may apply. 
  • Items may ship in separate packages due to availability and order size. 
  • Parcels must be inspected upon delivery and any damage/missing items must be reported within 7-days of confirmed delivery.
  • Customers choosing a package forwarding address/service assume all responsibility for parcels once items arrive at the shipping address provided to us.
